The Glyndwr 100 Mile Challenge & Relay Race is a new event organised by the Trail Events Company.
Set in the heart of the Cambrian Mountains in Mid Wales, this circular 100 mile race & 5 stage relay starts and finishes at the Star Inn in Dylife. It mainly follows the Glyndwr Way, a national trail with perhaps the most spectacular vistas Wales has to offer.
The 100 miler is promoted as an ideal race for a first 100 mile race although there is 18825 feet of elevation.
The Relay made of 5 stages with the distances between the change-overs only 15 miles.
